Work is just now getting underway with this project. Much of the information will require FOIA, so it may take time to fully collect all the information required. The bulk of the work will be done by Brian James Kirk, a founder of TechnicallyPhilly and staffer at PlanPhilly. Collaboration in this situation will involve the content running on both websites.
