Application Form

All entrants must submit the application form, a $40 application fee (check made out to J-Lab/University of Maryland Foundation or pay online with credit card by clicking here), and exhibits. Read the detailed submission guidelines first. A narrative description of the project and its impact may also be attached.

New this year: Apply electronically by e-mailing the application form as an attachment to awards@j-lab.org. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail within 48 hours, please notify Craig Stone by e-mailing craig@j-lab.org or calling 301-985-4020. You may also still apply via regular mail by sending your application form and check to Knight-Batten Innovations Awards, 7100 Baltimore Ave. Ste. 101, College Park, MD 20740.
